Service status and eligibility
PUB File AI’s Phase 1 experience is a simulated preview. It does not yet perform real conversion, process files, or take payments. Production capabilities, supported regions, minimum age, business authority, and account-verification requirements must be finalized before launch.
Accounts, files, and acceptable use
Customers must provide accurate information, protect access credentials, and have the necessary rights to submitted material. Prohibited uses should cover unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, abusive, or security-disrupting activity. The final suspension, appeal, and account-termination process requires legal approval.
Credits, payments, and output
Eligible customers are intended to receive five starter credits once per verified identity. Pricing, paid-credit rules, taxes, expiry (if any), conversion quality, download availability, and payment terms must match the implemented production service.
Legal terms requiring counsel completion
Qualified counsel must complete warranties and disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, intellectual-property provisions, governing law and venue, consumer protections, changes, notices, force majeure, severability, assignment, and contact details.
